Afoheat™ Liquid Smoke Applicator – 40″

Our Afoheat™ 40" Liquid Smoke Applicator is ideal for processors with capacity needs ranging from 12-25 pieces / minute. Our liquid smoke applicators offer drenching solutions for the equal distribution of liquid smoke across and around the product.

When paired with our infrared roasters, this line smokes, browns, and pasteurizes deli meats.

Our custom-built Afoheat™ Select infrared rotating grill is an alternative solution to the traditional rotisserie for grilling meat and poultry products.
 
Our custom-built Afoheat™ rotisserie roaster is an alternative solution to the traditional rotisserie for grilling meat and poultry products. While grilling products in a continuous manner, our rotisserie combines our well-known Infrared technology with traditional convection heat and can handle products of various shapes and sizes (round, oval, square, etc.). This rotating roasting solution is equipped with our traditional infrared burner technology.
