Dough rounders

Dough rounder is used for rounding wheat and rye-wheat dough pieces, previously divided on a dough divider. Dough rounders offered by JEREMY are conical dough rounder with central adjustment of troughs, conical rounder with fixed troughs, and belt rounder. All proposed dough rounders are characterised by solid design, durability, and above all perfect rounding of dough for producing the best possible proofing results and rounding loaves of bread. The selected dough rounder should be selected taking into account the type of dough, range of weights and the expected capacity. Depending on the content of rye flour (dough viscosity), a belt or conical rounder is used. In addition, cone dough rounder can be expanded with cone hot air-heating system and the oiling system. JEREMY dough rounder can operate as part of the bread line.
