MATRIX P

The MATRIX P software collects all production data from the PORTIO and allows it to generate production reports per shift or program and to trace changes on at machine level.

MATRIX P will register all data gathered by the PORTIO while cutting (weight of the primal, weight of each cut, thickness of the cut, etc.).
The software consists of two main parts:
- MATRIX Datacenter: This part of the software stores all relevant data on a server or dedicated computer.
- MATRIX P client program: Production reports can be generated from the client program when accessing the datacenter. The products and portions can be represented visually. This helps production managers to understand where yields can be improved. The client program the creation of tailor-made reports. This part also allows the PORTIO to be controlled remotely.
The MATRIX P can also backtrack changes that were made in the cutting programs. The reporting module offers the possibility to create customized reports to see if the changes took effect.
The software is a powerful tool for monitoring the crucial KPIs of your cutting operation.
MATRIX G

The MATRIX G software collects all production data from the GRADER and allows it to generate production reports.

MATRIX G will register all data generated by the graders while sorting or batching the products (weight of the product, delivered station, weight of each batch, etc.)
It is of the utmost importance for customers to monitor these KPIs. Giveaway can be monitored so adjustments can be made on the fly leading to cost improvement.
The software consists of two main parts:
- MATRIX Datacenter: This part of the software store all relevant data on a server or dedicated computer.
- MATRIX G client program: This allows access to the database where all the weights are registered. The gauss curve with the weight distribution of the products can be represented visually. It is possible to generate tailor-made reports with the client program that visualize giveaway, throughput, run time, etc.
- The MATRIX G can also control the grader remotely.
With the MATRIX G, it is also possible to design customized labels and control an optional label printer.

The MATRIX Label Manager is the ultimate tool for private labelling. It ranges from a single printer to complete inline print & apply solutions, ensuring transparent traceability.
One of the modules of the MATRIX G is the printing label module. With this feature you can design your own private labels and send them to multiple printers connected to the grader. Labels are then manually applied to the batch.
When the label is applied at a later stage, preferably using a label applicator, the information is stored while the batch is tracked & traced by MATRIX PRO. MATRIX PRO will communicate with the printer and tell it exactly when each label needs to be applied.
With the Advanced Order Processing & Planning Module, MATRIX PRO switches automatically between orders, and customizes and prints private labels when the order has been completed. MATRIX will prioritize orders on the fly to accommodate the flexibility expected by your customers and so you can deliver within the agreed delivery time.
