Note: The Micro Flame Grill offers single sided grill marking only and is built to (optionally) feed directly into our Micro Spiral Oven.

Our Afoheat™ Flame Grill is a continuous grill equipped with gas-powered direct flame technology and an interchangeable grill marker. The Flame Grill is designed for a variety of applications including roasting, searing and grill marking of both bulk and convenience foods. At the core of the design concept are standardized models with a compact footprint and are perfect for processors looking for flexible grilling technology. Use as a standalone solution or integrate the flame grill into any continuous thermal processing line. The control system turns burners on-off independently. As your operations scale, our 40" Afoheat™ Flame Peeler scales alongside, with an energy-efficient way to increase throughput while maintaining product quality. Afoheat™ Select Dual-Sided Grill Marker
Our Afoheat™ Select dual-sided grill marker applies natural grill marks to fully cooked extruded products such as sheet meat & value-added pet treats in a continuous production environment. This grill marker is equipped with two drums that are custom designed to reflect the desired branded look for a specific application. Integral to the design is a removable cartridge-style brander drum for quick changeovers and easy access for cleaning. Heated by gas burners, the drums apply grill marks to both the top and bottom sides of the product. Temperature sensors control energy to each grill marker for optimal color control.
