Spiral mixers
Spiral mixer is intended for mixing the ingredients for a bakery dough, for example for bread or buns. Spiral dough mixer, due to its design and mixing dough with a spiral allows to get the best quality of dough in the shortest time possible. JEREMY spiral mixers are reliable, extremely durable and compact machines with a unique design. We offer both spiral mixers with fixed bowl, and spiral mixers with removable bowl in two versions, with manual and hydraulic bowl connection. Water dosing directly into the commercial spiral mixer bowl is allowed by water doser-mixer. Commercial bakery mixer can also work with bowl lifter, which allows for a considerably optimization of production process. The selected commercial bread mixer should be adapted to the size of the production, the need for sourdough(additional removable bowls) or the method of removing the dough from the bowl of bakery mixer.

The machine is used for mixing various ingredients to obtain the baking dough.

Functioning
- Pour water, flour, and other ingredients into the bowl. Tap it with the cover.
- Switch on the mixer with the main switch, put the time of the slow mixing and quick mixing.
- Switch on the M1 button for slow rotations or M2 for quick rotations in case of a manual operation.
- In case of the automatic cycle, press the AUTO button and the machine will perform the whole cycle automatically. After the end of the mixing, the bowl will change the rotations to separate the dough from the spiral.
