Dough sheeters
Dough sheeter for rolling out most types of doughs, even to a very small thickness. Sheeter is intended primarily to roll shortcrust pastry, yeast dough, croissant dough, puff pastry, gingerbread pastry or dumpling dough. Presented by us dough sheeters are machines proven over the years in many bakeries, durable, reliable and efficient. We offer bench and free-standing dough sheeters , from manual to automatic versions with touch panel. The Selected dough roller machine should have a properly selected length of rollers (width of dough sheet), the distance between the rollers (thickness of dough sheet), the length of arms. Bakery roller machine should also be selected for the degree of work automation.

Functioning
- After starting the machine we put the dough portion of weight to 8 kg on feeding belt.
- We start the belt defining its motion direction by shift of horizontal lever or pressing pedal.
- After setting limiter for suitable dough thickness, we sheet the dough by shifting horizontal lever until the lever stops on the limiter after each piece of dough passed the rolls.
- We can put the dough on the roll which is on the stand or by using additional equipment cut the dough for belts, rectangles, triangles, circles etc.
- After end of work we can put together dough sheeter as on the drawing.
